How It Works

Step 1: Click the "Login" button in the top right corner.

Step 2: Create your private and secure account using a valid email address.

Step 3: Open your Account Settings to instantly access your local aerial service map, choose your service, fill out your mandatory registration and consent paperwork, and pay your fee.

Step 4: Book your appointment- Book your appointment, upload a copy of your lab order, front & back of your insurance card, and a valid identification card.

Step 5: Collection-A certified phlebotomist arrives at your location to collect your samples.
